Another of those Holosync updates

It’s been a while, so for those who’re constantly on the hunt for more information about Holosync, here’s another update.

Not only that, but it’s sale season at Centerpointe, so I bought another three levels. So far, I haven’t succumbed to temptation and joined the Inner Circle, perhaps because that’s quite a daunting idea. Not only is it expensive, but it commits me to the whole program. Just buying three levels (3 to 5) is nearly two years’ worth of the course, which will mean that by the time I’m ready to order more, I’ll be 32 years old. That was quite a frightening thought. I’ll only have completed level 5 by then, leaving more than half of the rest of the program to go.

This is really about the impact of Paraliminals and Holosync in combination. Learning Strategies added Holosync to their Paraliminals not very long ago, so if you use both, the brain is getting an extra dose, although the Paraliminals use a much gentler dose than the full Holosync program does. It certainly hasn’t done any harm, and it seems as though Paraliminals in fact speed up the effectiveness of Holosync overall.

One good reason to use Paraliminals alongside Holosync was that it seems to reduce some of the less desirable reactions. One of my more common ‘negative’ reactions is a tendency to develop sudden bouts of anxiety. Using the Anti-Anxiety Paraliminal has greatly reduced that. Overall, it’s meant that the transition between levels has been much smoother, and I notice far fewer reactions to Holosync than I used to. It does mean you have to note your reactions and find a Paraliminal to suit, but good ones include Break the Habit, New Behaviour Generator and Deep Relaxation.

The effects after a year and a bit of Holosync overall have been incredible. Things that used to frighten the life out of me now bother me not at all, and much of the old anxiety I used to feel has just melted away. When I first began Holosync I had a great many oscillations, and a great deal of depressive episodes. Now all of that seems to have simply evaporated. The experience has been almost entirely smooth, with the exception of the first week of a new level, which is always a slightly strange experience, rather like my brain being very slightly squeezed.

I’m now about three weeks away from starting Level 3 and I will update more then.
